Q: Are the clocks battery operated?
Yes. All our clocks require one AA battery (not included).
Q: How do you hang the clock?
Our clocks are designed to hang on a wall using a nail or hook. This allows them to sit flush against the wall, making them as quiet as possible. If hung using something that makes them stick out from the wall—such as Velcro strips—you may notice a faint ticking sound from the mechanism.
Q: What is the right age for a child to have a clock?
Any age! From 3 to 13 (and beyond), having a clock in a child’s room is beneficial. Younger children become familiar with numbers just as they do with letters and words in books. This helps them learn to tell the time more easily and develop a stronger sense of time management as they grow. Older kids and teenagers also benefit from having a clock to help plan and track their schedules.
Q: Do you only sell wall clocks?

Q: What should I do if my clock stops working?
First, try replacing the battery with a fresh one.
All Everlasting Clock Company clocks come with a 1-year warranty from the date of purchase. This covers mechanical or major defects, but not general wear and tear. If you experience any issues, please contact us at everlastingclocks@gmail.com. We will discuss the best solution with you—either repair or replacement—so you can get back to enjoying your clock.
Q: Do you accept returns?
We take pride in our quality and will work with you to resolve any issues. For example:

If your clock’s mechanism isn’t working, we will send you a replacement along with prepaid return packaging.

Please send the faulty clock back to us for repair using the provided packaging.
If you’d like to exchange your clock for a different color, we’re happy to do so as long as you cover the postage for the return and the replacement.
