Q: Are the clocks battery operated?
Yes. All of our clocks require one AA battery (not included).
Q: How do you hang the clock?
Our clocks are designed to hang on a wall using a nail or hook. This ensures they sit flush against the wall for the quietest performance possible.
If the clock is hung in a way that makes it sit away from the wall—such as with Velcro hanging strips—you may hear a faint sound from the clock mechanism.
Q: What is the right age for a child to have a clock?
Any age! From 3 to 13 (and beyond), having a clock in a child’s room is a great way to develop time awareness.
Younger children benefit from regularly seeing numbers, just like they do with letters and words in books. This exposure helps them learn to tell time more easily.
Older children and teenagers improve their time management skills by having a clock to help them plan and monitor their schedules.
Q: Do you only sell wall clocks?
Yes — at this stage we only sell 11.5-inch wall clocks. However, we plan to release smaller desk clocks in the future!

Q: What should I do if my clock stops working?
First, try replacing the battery with a fresh one.
All Everlasting Clock Company clocks come with a 1-year warranty from the date of purchase, covering mechanical or major failures (general wear and tear is not covered).
If you have concerns about your purchase, please contact us at everlastingclocks@gmail.com. We will work with you to repair or replace the clock as needed.
Q: Do you accept returns?
We take pride in our reputation for quality and will work with you to resolve any issues.
For example, if the clock mechanism is faulty, our policy is to:

Send you a replacement clock with prepaid return packaging.

Ask you to return the faulty clock for repair using the prepaid packaging provided.
We are also happy to exchange your clock if you change your mind about the color, provided you cover the cost of postage for both the return and the replacement.
