Thank you for shopping at Everlasting Clock Company. We value your trust in our products and service. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Order Policy
Once an order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled as we deal in custom orders made specifically for you.

Shipping Policy

  • Delivery Time: 8–10 days

  • Packaging: We take great care when packing our clocks. All clocks are wrapped in bubble wrap and shipped in heavy-duty cardboard boxes clearly marked “Fragile” for safe handling.

Warranty

All Everlasting Clock Company clocks come with a 1-year warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty covers mechanical or other major defects, but does not include general wear and tear.
If you have any concerns about your purchase, please contact us at everlastingclocks@gmail.com. Products deemed defective will be repaired or replaced after discussion with you, our valued customer.

Returns

You may return a product at the time of delivery if it is defective or not exactly as you ordered.
To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition as received.

  • It must be in the original packaging.

  • You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

Exchanges

If you send us proof of a defective product via WhatsApp, we will immediately arrange an exchange. You will receive the replacement product within 1–2 days.

Return Shipping

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs when returning an item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
